Jim and Sharon are the proud owners of Ginya, their 1991 MX-5 Miata. Ginya, or Silver Arrow in Japanese, has been a staple in their lives since day one. She has taken them on many road-trips and adventures, had over 330,000 miles on her original transmission, and helped in rebuilding their home.

Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca is a world-class track, and Miata drivers had two full days to play on it. Drivers ranged in skills from complete novices to seasoned racers.

BAMA charter members—Shirley & Ken Christensen own a 1990 Classic red Mazda MX-5 Miata. For Ken it was love at first test drive. He purchased the car on spot and took it home to surprise Shirley. They have spent many miles driving their Miata over the past 26 years and have had more memories in this car then they can remember.
